Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account with ave189. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all wagers, and forfeit any winnings or Bonus funds.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To comply with international anti-money laundering regulations and to protect against fraud, ave189 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit copies of the following documents:

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ave189 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We also accept deposits through popular Indonesian e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit unless specifically imposed for security or regulatory reasons. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Deposit Fees and Processing

ave189 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges, which are beyond our control. Deposits are typically credited instantly, but processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your financial institution's policies.

4.3 Responsible Deposit Limits

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once a deposit limit is activated, it cannot be increased immediately; any request to raise deposit limits will be subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours. 5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible.

ave189 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 24:00 WIB, daily). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals or large withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.

5.2 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

ave189 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose fees, which are beyond our control. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, but unusually large withdrawals may be paid in installments at our discretion for security and fraud prevention purposes.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. ave189 reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Bonus Terms

ave189 offers various Bonuses and promotional offers to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before Bonus funds can be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. For example, a Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the Bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type and are specified in the Bonus terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses, exploiting software errors, matched betting, or any other strategy designed to guarantee profit from Bonuses, is strictly prohibited. ave189 reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel wagers, close Accounts, and forfeit winnings in cases of suspected Bonus abuse.

Players may opt out of Bonus offers at any time by contacting customer support. If you decline a Bonus or request its removal before meeting wagering requirements, any Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All Players must engage in fair play and adhere to the rules of each game. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or software to place wagers
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Players or ave189 staff
• Fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud, use of stolen payment methods, or identity theft
• Arbitrage betting or any form of betting where the outcome is already known

Violation of these prohibitions may result in Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.

7.2 Game Outcomes and Disputes

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the live dealer and recorded video evidence. ave189 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes in any way. In the event of a technical malfunction or error, all affected wagers will be voided, and stakes will be returned to Player Accounts.

If you believe an error has occurred in game results or bet settlement, you must notify our customer support team within 7 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. ave189 will investigate all disputes thoroughly and provide a final decision, which is binding.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their Accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

8.2 Suspension and Termination by ave189

ave189 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your Account poses a risk to our platform or other Players. Reasons for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple Accounts

• Money laundering or other illegal activity
